rear window problem

I re-installed my hardtop for my 2003 jeep TJ - but the rear window won't lie flat against the body and pops opens when driving.

does anyone have any ideas?

did you ever get this fixed? I am having the same problem. I heard Jeep had come out with a new strip of rubber for the bottom of the window.
