Free Mods 99 Gs-t
Anyone know of any free +horsepower (or any worthy) mods that can be done to a 1999 eclipse GS-T??

I would recommend skipping the BCS restrictor mod. You can buy a mbc for $20 shipped off of ebay, and once you get that hooked up, you can run whatever boost you choose all day long.
Dump tube hack, hell yea. It involves disconnecting the little curved hose that fits onto the side of your intake pipe, removing the plastic tube that is stuck in there, cutting it of so it is flush with the inside of the pipe, and re-installing the tube. It will make your turbo spool sound much louder, as well as making your bov a bit louder I think. Best mods I've done so far are the air filter, uicp and 1g bov. Makes your turbo spool 10x louder, and your bov sound 20x louder  ....not to mention making your car quicker  .
