2001 taurus keeps stalling

Can't keep 2001 taurus running. Ran fine yesterday, changed the oil and filter. today won't idle and stalls any suggestions. Thanks

Turned out to be a vacumn hose at the rear of the motor. Nothing to do with the Oil change, just a coincidence.
