Drum brake return spring '95

Help! The return spring for one of my rear brake assembly has sheared off and the pads drag. This spring is not included in any of the spring kits sold at NAPA, Autozone, Advance, or the dealer. The dealer has a drawing clearly showing the part, but it references the same spring kit that doesn't contain it. I haven't been able to find one at a salvage yard, and I'm not sure I want to use a salvaged one anyways, if there's a tendency for them to wear out.

Re: Drum brake return spring '95

is it the spring at the bottom that hooks the two shoes together?
