TDC Location (crank pulley)on 99 Contour
1999 contour 2.0
I am trying to locate the timing mark on the crank pulley and I am not sure if I have located the correct mark. I have brought the #1 cylinder to TDC. I am looking on the cover just below the crank. I see the mark on the block, however the only mark I see on the pulley is very small (32nd of an inch), it looks as though it is a nick in the pulley. Is this the TDC mark on the pulley, or is there some thing more pronounced I should be looking for? Any help is greatly appreciated! |
