- NewB needs AMP HELP -

Hey all,

I am a newB that needs advice, thanks in advance.
I have for a Deck a Alpine CdA-9833.

Subs: Two 10.1 Infinity Kappa Perfects DVC
~ Recommended power range 75-350 watts RMS
~ Peak power handling 1,400 watts
~ frequency response 18-200 Hz
~ sensitivity 94 dB

I need a amp, but I dont know what specs I need to power those subs.

What Kind of Amp should I get?
What Specs? Channel? Watts? Brand? General Info?

Thanks guys.

what impedance model are those subs?

obviously they're DVC, but is it dual 2 or dual 4?

you can run those at 1 ohm if you'd like, and hifonics makes alot of 1 ohms stable amps, and you could also run them at 4 ohms, maybe a 2 channel bridged.....

Re: - NewB needs AMP HELP -

yeah you'll want either a 1ohm stable mono amp or a powerful bridged 2ch amp.
