88 crx doors to 91

hey just wondering if any one has dont or knows if the doors off a 91 crx si would fit on a 88 crx si.

they should fit but i think the way seat belts are hooked up are a little different i dont member...i do know 89-91 will..just the first dang year they usually make the car they figure out all the down falls and shit...good luck somebody might feed oyu in a little more here

door will fit, the seatbelts are mounted in the door on 91's and on 88's they are not. So if your putting it on an 88 all you would have to do is remove the seatbelt assembly from the 91 door and put the interior pannel from an 88 onto it and you'll be doing dandy.

One good advantage over 88-89 doors is that the 90-91 have safety beams in there for added protection since our cars don't have airbags. It's a little more weight that you'll be adding on too, but I guess they could somewhat help you stay alive in a side hit.
