2001 audio Lock code
Battery died on 2001 chev blazer. After recharging the audio system locked and I am told by dealer that a code must be entered to unlock it. Problem is I'm out of work and unable to manage it. Hoped someone here might take pity on me and share a code if they have one....

Call a bunch of dealers and ask to talk with the parts guys. They will usually hook you up. You have to first press like the am/fm button with like the seek button for a couple of seconds and the radio will display either 3 or 6 digits. You give the dealer the digits and they give you a code to input into the radio to unlock it. Takes like 30 secs to accomplish. Don't pay $$$$ until you have contacted as many GM dealers as you can until someone gives up the info for free. ANY GM dealer has access to these codes. Good Luck -Chris

The sequence may be different for the newer cars, I just give an example of what mine was like. I have a 96 Z71

2001 Blazer audio lock
When I bought my blazer the radio was locked. I have a security code 1474 I do not know if they are all the same but you can try
