nice lt1 f/s

hey fellas just thought id let u guys know about a guy i work w/ selling his 99 i belive trans am w/ an lt1 for dirt cheap...like i said im pretty sure he said it was a 99 and i belive he said it had 60000 miles on it but it might have been 65000...well either way its a steal.....u ready to hear the price????? 5500 im pretty fu**ing sure thats a steal and its in real nice shape. i know if i had the money i would for sure get it. i told him he was insane for lettin it go that cheap but he said he just wants to get rid of it (he also has a truck) he said he could probably get 7500 or 8000 for it (i thought he could get even more). like i said its in great shape and i live in lexington ky if u want me to talk to him bout it. but only ask if ur serious cause i dont wanna go yankin his chain tellin him someone wants his car if they dont since hes cool and i work w/ him. just let me know

only 93's-97's had lt1's , unless if he would replace his ls1 with an lt1...!?

just to let you know a 99 z28 came with a LS1 and the 93-97 came with the LT1 so you may want to go find out for sure what year the TransAm is for us Camaro Guys... Also if its leather, Auto or 6spd and if any mods have been done to it... Hell the vin number would be even better...

well like i said i thought he said 99 but i guess i was wrong and its a transam not a camaro and i dont know if its auto or stick but i do know its got leather

we know its a 99 TransAm with a LT1 and Leather... Find out more info on the car for us please...

no i said i thought it was a 99 but if there wasnt any lt1s in 99 then its a lil eariler cause i know hes not done any mods to the car and i will find out more info on it if anyone is interested

ok so i guess i was wrong i thought alot of people here would be interested. but i also thought that its alot just to get that engine tranny and computer. i was really not jokin about it though if thats what u guys think well i guess just let me know

no i wasnt tryin to be an asshole or anything i was just tryin to let u guys no were im commin from about not wantin to jerk a coworkers chain makin him think someone might want it. and i was just sayin i dont even know if u guys were interested in it like for example yeah id love to have an lt1 but i know i dont have 5500 dollars to spend so im not gonna tell him i might get it but i guess when i see him this weekend at work ill get the vin is there anything else u all want besides the year and the vin

well if u really wanna know u were tryin to be a dick about it yeah i know i dont have alot of info but ive got enough to know i want it thats all i was doin was seeing if someone was interested and u tryin to act like that when i just said i was gonna get the vin for u isnt really helpin much i was just tryin to help u guys out since till now everyone has been nothin but nice to me and a tremendous help i thought i was tryin to return the favor tellin u guys about this deal since from what i heard it hard to get a lt1 tranny and computer for around that w/ decent mileage and his has less than 70000 im postive of that and if u want me to guess i could by sayin im pretty sure its an auto and stuff but i didnt wanna tell u somethin i wasnt positive about

Just the facts... if you saw a car you wanted and went in to a dealership to ask about and they couldn't tell you what you wanted to know about it, would really still be interested in it? This is for your future reference to avoid any embaressment. You make your odds of succeeding in anything you do greater if you have all your ducks in a row first. Furthermore, if you wanted to buy the car yourself then why did you so hastily post it to be for sale? As for me bieng a dick...you have no idea, fortunately you caught me on a good day. That was not the desired effect of my reply, but you may take it however you wish. Constructive critiscism is often mistaken for condesention.

well i also understand ur point and u just came off like a dick the way u stated it. and no hard feelings it just kinda got me hot when u stated it how u did after i said when i talk to him i will get the vin number. and yes i would love to have that car but i dont have the money im gettin my exaust done tomorrow w/ the couple of hundred i have to my name and i posted it here because i thought it was a great price but i dont have the money for it or id have the title right now. but once again as soon as i talk to him this weekend ( he only works weekends) i will find out the info for u guys, i just posted it to let u know about it since i was so excited i guess when he told me his price he wanted but its all good i know i came off like an ass to when i replied to your post like i said i was just kinda upset and typin out of my ass when i read your post when i was just tryin to be helpful i apologize
