!!HELP!! SR starting problems

I have an '89 240 and swapped in a redtop SR. I just recieved a new ECU since my other was sending no signal. So when i put in the ECU and turned the key everything but the fuel injectors seem to work. And now, all of a sudden my car is'nt even cranking over. All i can hear is the solenoid clicking but the starter motor is not cranking.My friends came over and were jumping the battery to see if that was it but there is still nothing. Any advice would be thankful.

Check the power to your fuel injectors. They should be +12v all the time, you need a volt meter. If its there, then your good. The front plug behind your battery is where the power comes for your harness. The wires arent the same, you will need to study up on the wiring diagrams. But check your power first.

thanks for the tips. I'll pick up a voltage meter tomorrow and where can i get some wiring diagrams? I have some in my chiltons manual but its kind of hard to understand.

I have them in jpg format but I forgot where I got them. If you give me your e-mail I will send them to you, just pm me. The diagrams in chiltons wont help you much because the SR has different wires.
