hmmm turbo ?
then i have to buy lowering compresion rods and all those stuff's to get the turbo dropped in? am i right? because i just heard this from people and one thing if you buy the turbo kits does that mean that if you have it you can just drop it in the car? or do you have to beef up the engine 1st thankssss |

Re: can my f22 beat a stock h22?
Well u can drop a turbo in a stock motor but you really can't boost as much. Fuel upgrade makes the motor a lil safer on 7psi. My friend has a turbo prelude sh and his motor is stock. Hes been running fine for a year now.

Re: can my f22 beat a stock h22?
Fuel upgrade meaning: bigger injectors, fuel rail, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator. 10 psi on a stock motor is just pushing it. Its not safe. If you got the funds , rebuild the motor.

Re: can my f22 beat a stock h22?
Yes 5-7 can beat a auto lude. The reason i said rebuild it is because so your motor is much more safer and more power. Also tuning is very important.

Re: can my f22 beat a stock h22?
it all depends on how much money you have. If you want a lot of power, you could turbo it. You couldn't run a lot of boost w/out building the motor, so it wouldn't be too much faster, and by the time you spend a lot of money re-building your F22, you could probably just buy an H22, and that would be more reliable then a turbo

Re: can my f22 beat a stock h22?
so for a 10- 15 boost on a f22 i have to upgrade the fuel rail fuel pump and all those stuff
my question is can a f33 take an extra 10-15 lbs of boost? is it safe for daily driving?? if not which is the best modification for my f22 vtec with out engine swap and engine rebuilding?? |

Re: can my f22 beat a stock h22?
I'd just say turbo man. Rebuild the damn thing and you'll be set.
