car not starting tac tac tac sound

er heres my problem ...My car worked all fine then this morning I try to start it then all it made was a tac tac tac sound... my lights works fine horn radio etc.I got a manual geo metro 92 convertible.Errr shit maybe I got a hidden thing to prevent the car from starting that I activated ny mistake hehe anyway I really dont know whats wrong .I tough it can be the battery but my lights works fine anyway thnx

starter isn't getting enough power probably. Check the wire from the battery to the starter.

now I just found another problem....when I turn the car light on the radio cease to function when I turn the lights off the radio restart to function.I recently installed this radio.....the car worked well with it but I never tested it with the lights on.damn hehe I got to find what th problem is now.Imma check what geo told me
