Re: exhaust question

dont go with a cutout, just have a 2.5" mandral (that doesnt look like its spelt right but I cant seem to make it look better....) bent tubing, then you can just adapt it to the downpipe of the turbo when you get it.

Re: exhaust question

wait until you put your turbo in to get exhaust, it won't do much for you now. I think a 3" downpipe to 3" exhaust would be nice

Re: exhaust question

Ya, a cutout would be good.. If you're seriously going to be turbo, I'd get 2.75" or something big. Turbos like no exhausts.

Re: exhaust question

2.25 will be fine for your A6, but its pussy for a B series motor especially a turbo.

If you're REALLY REALLY REALLY going to be doing turbo (not just dreaming) then don't get any smaller than 2.5". Seriously man, 2.5 will be much better.

Re: exhaust question

yeah if i was you i would go with 2.5 because if u got 2.25 it will be good for now but you will get more flow with 2.5 when u get b series motor..

Re: exhaust question

I'd say get a 2.5" it will still work good with a turbo (unless u have a huge turbo) and won't hold it back as much as a 2.25"
