Airbags

Hey my friend has a mustang (94 style) and the air bags went off... whats the best pay to make it look "normal" again without paying tons of money to replace it? is there like a "dummy airbag" replacment or somthing he can to.. he doensnt need airbags.. just wants the intirior to look the way it did b4 they went off.. thanx

well as for the drivers side you could go to a junk yard for a factory airbag but they could still be high priced. or you could just change the steering wheel grants are pretty cheap but nice looking. now for the pass. side i have no idea how to make it look good with out replacing the bag or if you can even replace the bag only it might be the whole dash not sure

you can get fake covers for both the driver and passenger side airbag. tho i dont have the exact website you could go onto google and search for them . they are just covers and snap ontpo the exiting steering wheel and dashboard. they look decent and clean!

how about real airbags? i posted before asking about them but got no answer. these covers look good, but i would prefer to put real airbags in the car, if anyone knows of airbags under 1,500 dls, thats for both sides plus the sensor. if not, i guess ill just get these covers. thanx
