Cool 94 vs new models

hey guys... I own a 94 z28 and is techniqly brand new... I just put a new LT1 350, transmition auto, tires, computer, ignition coil, distributor, air intake, fuel filter, stereo, serpentine belt, .... and the paint is preatty good, and is a hard top black and white botton,, nice interior non leather. and I thought about supercharge it or twin turbo in, with the ss hood, and higher spoiler, make the doors verticle, better exhaust, ground effects, with leather interior and dvd player... ohhh my car has a 5 year warranty on engine and a 3 on transmition.
but I was thinking about sell it, and get a newer model SS .... cuz Im not sure what I like better the 94 style front or the newer model front... plus the LS1 vs LT 1... and I want a convertable, and then do all the stuff to it later on... with leather interior... but I will have to sell my car and then wait until I get more money if I need toward the new SS...

What would you guys suggest me to do... to keep my car and put all the stuff little by little.. or sell it and get the new one and fix it later on

but the new ones won't come with 2600 miles like mine has now.

Re: 94 vs new models

I had a thread about this a few days ago. The SS is not much better than a Z28, so if you can find a Z28 at a good price, just get it.

Re: 94 vs new models

LOL, I was just playing... If wanted a SS I would still buy a Z28 instead just because almost all the SS parts would come off anyways for the better mods... Like kman10587 said they really are not much better and with a few upgrades and money saved a Z28 would be faster...

Re: 94 vs new models

i can send you the pics in a pm, no the purple one is the 95' im sellign the 99' cause im in huge need of money, it s hard to take care of 5 cars when 17, so ill have to sell one, i have invested more money in the purple one thats the only reason why i keep it, the power of the 99' is alot stronger, i dont know why but it always feels "energetic" like always any second you can press it on the highway, i hardly ever abused it only my 95' ive abused, in the 99' i have gone 120mph then i got scared the cops might be around on the highway, i can sell it for 9.5k with NEW dark blue paint on the whole car(trying to do this soon), and smoke headlamps, and cd player, but clothed seats(driver seat is powered, 39k miles, i have an older pic of it like 1/2 a year ago in my gallery if you wanna see it...

Re: 94 vs new models

but yo know... you'll have to wait for me to sell my car first... and that will probably be by the end of the month or beginning of next... to get the money toward the new one... but if you are going to paint car y don't u paint it black... that will get me a lot more interested or white, or silver.

Diablo dont forget to mention that the car did have a salvage title because it was an insurance write off.
