4 wheel drive does not engage

My 1993 GMC Suburban 1500 4 wheel drive does not engage. I had the engage mechanism switched to electric several years ago. Any suggestions?

Check 4wd and t case fuses

If you dont use it it gets sticky. you may have to re/pack grease..
U should lub up every 2 years anyway..I hate the sound of grinding.
