86k mainance for a honda accord ex 5sp man

Rumor is @ 86K miles you need a major maintance done to your car... me and my buddies have gotten pretty good on working with cars... honda and infinite g20's.... anyone out there that can help with some suggestions would be awesome... i know that the timing belt and vavle seals need to be replaced... What type of motor is my engine, clutch? Dealer said my master cylender was leaking on my clutch... is it a hydrolic clutch? Any help is wanted... Thanks.
