cant answer to why its only 900 dollars. in my opinion buying stuff off Ebay is risky anyhoo.

but its missing The intake and downpipe Both will most likely need to be custom made.

Im no turbo expert... but i dont think its common (I know of compressor map but i thought they only did that on new turbos) to "Compression Test" turbos leading me to belive that some of what he listed is bullshit.
