My driver info center will not work. It always tells me "park brake set" and my warning light is also on. I replaced the body control module and that did not solve my problem. What could possibly be the problem. I know that the brake is not on, and the pedal is in its highest position. Someone please help. Also, where is the chime located. It is getting really annoying, and I would like to disconnect it. I really like my car, but I think the drv info cntr would make me love it! Thanks for the replies in advance.

Did you check out the Parking Brake Switch
Look at the parking brake pedal , it is held by a bracket inside this is the Parking Brake Switch. It may be stuck in the on position, try disconnecting the wires.
