I lost a friend last night.....

Last night I get a call a little before 11 that there had been a car accident. Tina goes on to explain to me that 2 of my friends were fuckin' around and somehow the wheel on craigs car came lose and he lost control of his '02 Mustang. Craig knicked Nicks car and then Craigs car flew into a tree. I don't know how fast he was going but from what everybody said, it was 100+...Nick's car ended up flipping before landing in a field. They were both rushed to the trauma center but the effort to save Craig's life went in vain. He died at 4:15am. Nick on the other hand, is in intensive care and they arent sure how well he'll come out of it. he had head and chest trauma but now all we have to do is wait. I have lost so many friends to car accidents. I've watched 2 of my friends die and this morning, I lost another. I have felt like this before, but this time, it's different. its like, it hurts so much more this time. I just don't know what to do/say anything.

Ive been there before, to many times. Im sorry you had to deal with that, thats something no one should ever have to go through. Its not easy when something like this happens to someone you care about. Im here if you want to talk about it. Dont be afraid to PM, IM or call me if you want to.

I know what it feels like to lose a friend to a car accident, several years ago a friend of mine died when the driver(a good friend) flipped it on a country road, his passenger Jake died on his way to the hospital because of massive head trauma. i'm deeply sorry for your loss. i know that your friends will be missed greatly, and i'm sorry for that....i do hope that in time you will feel better, and that their tragic deaths will somehow inspire you to live and cherish life to it's fullest, because that imo would honor their spirits. again my sincere condolences.

I've never lost a friend to a car accident, but I wouldn't be suprised if I got the news.
I'm sorry to hear that, I guess the only thing is to never forget who they were.

Thank you for the sympathy...unfortunately, I woke up a few hours ago to find a voice mail that Nick had passed around 8 this morning. It just keeps getting harder.
