Either way its not a complete kit. But the price isn't bad.

Re: what do you think of this turbo kit?

From that pic the welds (I don't know the right name for it) on the part that attatches to the motor look like shit. Looks like they glopped it on and didn't get the whole weld on there; but maybe it's just a bad pic. I'd be worried that the welds would break and you'd have to end up buying a new manifold anyways. Just my opinion.

Re: what do you think of this turbo kit?

What about the turbo itself, is it worth the money? And what about the downpipe? Im going to try and piece a turbo setup together for under $1000 and this kit gives me some of the major stuff I need, and plus i was going to add onto this kit and get the rest of the stuff i need. Also I have a question about the oil line, how would the oil acctually get up into the shaft? Does it sorta suck the oil from the pan through the line?

Re: what do you think of this turbo kit?

the manifolds are proven junk and a lot of people have had bad experiences with the turbos as well.

dont be suckered into it. look elsewhere.

Like slammedcivicsi said you pay for what you get, I'd be a little skeptical of a turbo being that cheap. If I were you I'd save up and get a turbo kit from a reputible name, not some custom kit that's been thrown together by some person noone knows. Good Things Come To Those Who Wait

Re: what do you think of this turbo kit?

ill just look for something better then, i want to piece together my own kit for $1000 or less. And how much bigger is a T61 turbo compared to a T3/4? Or should i just look for a better T3/4?
