Pricing on a 69 Roadrunner

I had one before a drunk driver hit it and nearly killed me whe I was 17. Now that my finances are a little better (read-much older and reliving my youth) I am thinking about getting one. I am looking for something that would be a nice daily driver, no show queens I can't drive for me. If you know the pricing for the different engines also please let me know. It doesn't have to be all original, but it would have to be reliable. I am debating about getting one or a similar muscle car, vs the Chrysler 300C SRT8 when it somes out next year (425 HP Hemi). Thanks.

#2 condition 383/4-speed cars will run $25K+. 440/6Pak will run $40K+. Hemi cars are going for $65k+. The better the condition, and better optioned it is, the prices go up from there. You can get project cars for a lot cheaper. Take a look at the classifieds at Moparts.com to get an idea of prices: http://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/...b=5&o=&fpart=1

Prices for 68-70 Road Runners are second only to 70-71 E-bodies. Good luck if you decide to buy.

Re: Pricing on a 69 Roadrunner

Damn that makes me sick (what I coulda still had). Well, thats enough to scare me out of the market and towards a 300C SRT8 when it comes out.

Re: Pricing on a 69 Roadrunner

Get a musclecar...it will generally appreciate in value as the years pass...and there is nothing better than driving one...the Hemi cars can be very costly but they are worth the coin
