del back & suggestion

hi guyss.... still remember me?? the del with a fxxked gearbox. now my del is back. and i am about to have it serviced first. I was told that del needs those very "thin" oil. and i am just wondering which engine oil should i use. coz there are some numbers on the eng oil like 4w-40. i know what those number menas.. but just wondering which number should i go for??

i also want to attach some pics.. but couldn't find the attach button.

factory oil weight is 5w30.... I personally use RedLine high performance 10w50, but you only need that if you're running hard.
