Spoon S2000

Seeing as my printer isnt working I cant make my decals on my F-150 so, I need to go to my hobby shop, but in the mean time, I've started my Spoon S2000, and here's the progress.

Here's a shot of the first of 4 coats of "Sun Yellow", the hood is masked off because It's going to be carbon fiber.

more to come!

I like the paint but...it doesn't seem to match the yellow in your sig. You need something brighter.

that yellow looks about right...it looks like the picture was taken in bad lighting though.

Re: Re: Spoon S2000

The maisto S2000s are all one piece. Unlike most of their cars maisto, in its infinite wisdom, decided to make the trunk held in by a piece that can't be removed. I just stripped down my S2000 and I'm facing the same problem.

Just a suggestion RX: if you need a hardtop look around for the Black Fast and Furious S2000 by Ertl. It has a S2000 bodykit but it comes with a removable hardop. If the scales match up well you could probably steal the piece for your spoon S2000.

Re: Spoon S2000

Decals, roof, and finale to come.
Oh, and the motor kinda went anti-honda a bit, I turbo'd it out of boredom, but I'll jump back in to the spoon-ness again, and go N/A with mass amounts of CF under the hood.
