Question dry ice dent removal

i have this dent on my hood the size of a hand probably and its looks pretty bad in my opinion, but the paint is still in good shape....i heard dry ice would do the trick and pop the dent out....has anybody done this or heard of this....????....how would i go about doing this???

I've never heard of that but I have heard of putting a plunger on the dent and using it to pull the dent out. As far as the dry ice goes I have no idea whether that would work or not. Is the dent where you can get to it from the underside of the hood? If it is then I'd try to push the dent out from the underside of the hood with something.

Ya know... Every once in a while I notice a dry ice dent removal thread and I don't pay too much attention to because I've never tried it. Anyway... How much does dry ice even cost!? Moreover, where in the hell do you get that stuff!?
