No longer than 5 minutes? Hmm....I usually like wait about 15+ minutes.
Is that bad!?! Because I thought that we were to wait until it's total dry and easily wipes off.

it isn't bad to wait that long, but 5 mins is plenty.

Yup - look for the haze after five minutes or so.
