Accelerator hum after hwy drive on 2004 Jetta
Last weekend, after a 2 hour ordinary highway drive, I noticed while driving around town there was a relatively loud hum/whine directly related to how much I was pressing down on the accelerator. I'm guessing it's either the fuel pump or throttle. It was pretty linear with the accelerator press, so I don't *think* it's the turbo.
What's weird is that I only noticed it after the drive. I've never heard it before - even after driving on the highway as far as I can remember. Any suggestions?

Re: Accelerator hum after hwy drive on 2004 Jetta
I should add that this didn't seem to hurt anything. The car was responsive as always, and the next time I got going (after the car had cooled down just a bit), I didn't notice it anymore.
