Door Ajar... did the search
I did a search for the door ajar problem on the Rangers and the fix being spaying WD-40 in the latch. I wanted some clarification. Do you spray WD-40 in the "latch" on the door jamb, or inside the door handles, or remove the door panel and spray inside the door on the switch inside? Thanks.

Re: Door Ajar... did the search
You spray directly on the latch. It makes it's way down to the switch, which is mounted to the bottom of the latch.

I had this problem too and WD40 in the door latch opening did the trick. After a frustrating search I couldn't believe how simple the fix was. Worked on my Sable too.
