gauge says lean????
95 tsi running lean what should all be checked? its this fine to drive? gauge stays in lean at wot.

Cant go by that guage, you have to verify it with something else. Could be a failing sensor, fuel filter, pump, preturbo/post mas intake leak, to name a couple. But be sure its a real problem before you go trying to fix it. A logger would be nice. A WBO2 will do nicely, if you're a baller and can afford to just hop on the dyno or buy one.

no mods exept for dump tube cut and the bcs mod. im running 14 or 15 psi

sounds like you need a 190lph fuel pump, that'd flow the extra fuel you'd need assuming your injectors aren't clogged or dirty. the big problem is that your blinky blinky air fuel techno dance guage isn't accurate at all. what you really need is datalogging software to show you just what's happening with the car.
