civic stalling driving me crazy

Need expert (actually any) advice on idle problem with my 87 civic 1.3 L with carburetor. Although it just passed smog, my civic keeps stalling after it warms up. It starts just fine and runs for about 5 minutes and then while just idling will suddenly stop like you turned off the key. I changed both gas filters and the fuel pump, but no help. There's gas in the float after it dies and it will run as long as you keep the revs up, but it won't idle once it warms up. It is also hard to start after it dies a few times. Any ideas? Thanks

Sounds almost like a vacuum issue. Make sure all of your lines are good and tight. Other than that, is sounds like your Civic is just temperamental.
