CRX question

im new to the whole import thing so please forgive my stupidity.

i recently saw a CRX on a show on speed and i like the body style and how you can make them look. but the question is can i get a hi power crate engine turbo or N/A for a decent price??? its probably going to be a daily driver too so if any of you guys can help that would be awsome. oh yah and how much $$$$$$$ would i need to put into it to beat my bros 90 eclipse with 15 psi???? thanks for your help
