A 2000 Front On A 96

i Was wondering if i could buy the fenders,headlights,and hood from a 2000 maxima and put it on a 1996 maxima will it fit? becuz this guy did it

I am trying to tell from the picture how much bodywork was done. I don't see a break in body panels from the '96 bumper to the '03 fenders. The seam on a 96 goes from the rear of the front turn signal straight down. On the 03 (which I am sure is the same) the seam goes from the bottom of the signal horizontally to the front wheelwell. It just seems like a lot of work.
