headlights

Ok, so I want to disable my auto-headlight sensor in my truck (98 zr2). I know all I have to do is plug a resistor into the connector at the sensor, but I'm not sure what power/ohm/volt (whatever it may be) to get. My drl's are my low beams, and I thought once I saw someone say that its a different power than doing this with trucks with high beam drl's. Any info on this, or just the power for the high beam version, would be much appreciated. Thanks

Re: headlights

disabled mine and it looks great PLUS it will extend the life of the alternator seeing you won't be running the headlights constantly which is quite a constant load.

Now with the Automatic Headlamp System, i just put a resistor in the plug where the sencor connects and all works fine?

Re: headlights

Hehe, yea, I thought this was one of the best mods I have done ever.

Soo simple and yet really does have a purpose.

Here is what my truck looks like...

Don't do that.

say this with me...

"I shall not rice out my Blazer"....

Repeat this 10-20 times.

Then bang your head against the wall and smarten up.
