code 43

I was driving my 96 neon and it died so I pulled over and tried to start it but it wouldn't.I got it towed home and checked the codes and code 43 flashed 3 times,I have a haynes repair manual and code 43 is multiple cylinder misfire.I went out and bought a Actron OBDll autoscanner and 2 codes came up on it,P0351 and PO352.These codes are Ignition Coil A and B primary/secondary circuit malfunction.I have a MSD blaster coil and a Mopar Performance PCM and Champion plugs with 8.5mm Crane plug wires. The car runs great and I never had a problem with it in the 3 years I have owned it but it still will not start.I have a friend that works at the local Dodge Dearlership so I took it to him and he said he couldn't find what was wrong with it.Since then I have changed the camshaft position sensor and the crankshaft position sensor and it still will not start.I got on MSN autos and it said the vehicle speed sensor may prevent it from starting so I changed it but that didn't help it either. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.
