2002 Odometer problem
Has anybody run across their odometer "going out". I have 40K on my Explorer and it is not under warranty. The service department told me the part is around $400. I cannot imagine what it will cost with installation.

what year exploder? - Most of the clusters are avail. remanufacutred - most of the time they run about 200-300 this way - depending on the year it may have a HEC (hybred electronic cluster) that will need to be programmed when installed - this needs to be done at a dealer to keep the proper programming for the vin ID and security systems
