Results 1 - 10 of about 25,200 for anti snooping software. (0.40 seconds)
Google - once again, it's not that hard.

If they did install monitoring software, it is almost certain that it has a keystroke logging function, in which case your parents (depending on they're dilligence) have read this post and know what you are attempting to do. Good luck.

Did it ever occur to you that they'll see that the program has been removed or disabled?

Re: Help

Just curious, but if you're old enough to drive why are your parents snooping on you like that? I thought parents did stuff like that to ten year olds?

I did actually find 2 keylogger programs but they were crap and only recored a couple of the keystrokes. I ask my parents your same question and they were like "ahh........ were we only trying to protect you." They were like "a bunch of people your age are getting sued for downloading of Kazza and we didnt want you to get in trouble."

Ad-aware SE Pro, hands down takes the cake as best malware removal software. However, no malware removal software will be able to do anything about a self installed monitoring program since it shouldn't even be recognized as malware.

Re: Help

Download and install Hijack This. It can be found here http://www.spychecker.com/download/d...ijackthis.html Run that and post a full copy of the log so we can see what you are dealing with. Also run Adaware SE and Spybot S&D with fully updated definitions and you should be set, if your parents downloaded the spy program off the net you should be able to find it, If the bought it you may find it, you may not. I can do more for you once you post the Hijack this log.

Adaware does not perform a total search you should also use Spybot S&D as it searches for different types of programs that Adaware does not. Use both of them, its the best combo Ive ever seen when it comes to spywear removal.

-_-

Well, that's silly. One, just don't use Kazza and be careful about it (I think it's mostly for people sharing, not downloading) and two, aren't you old enough to know better anyway to not have them install tracking/security software like that?

Simple solution. It's your computer right? Put a BIOS password on it so they can't even boot it without your password. There's a way around that though, but they have to know it first.
