UPDATED information

My car is a 2001 1.9L TDI with a manual 5 speed. History, before it stoped starting, it was hard to start when cold. I have checked all the fuses, I have a feeling it is a relay, I am not sure which one. The glow plug light now does not come on when I turn the key. Any information would be great, thanks

Re: Glow plugs???

The glow plug relay is on the 13 position auxillary relay panel ablve the fuse panel. There are six on the top row, seven on the bottom. The glow plug relay is on the bottom row, center position.
