Winding Sound

I know this question is probably answered in the MAIN TOPICS section but I dont really have time to search right now(have a job interview).Anyways I have a 95 Eclipse RS and whenever I left off the gas to coast a little I start hearing a winding sound(almost feels like the steering wheel is bumping a little too) .It sounds like its coming from my front pass. tire area. It doesnt do it or at least I can't hear it when I'm giving it gas/or when I hit the brakes. I was thinking it could be shocks....but I dont really know,I'm more of the electrical type person.Any ideas on what it might be would be nice.Once again sorry I didnt search,just didnt have time.Thanks
