how to sell a 2000 Montana?

i have been trying to sell my 2000 Montana for 2 months with no success. i have advertised in the local paper and parked it at visible locations around town with "For Sale" signs in it.

i am only asking trade-in value and am willing to knock $500 or even $1000 off that price just to get it off my hands.

why don't i get more calls/interested buyers? are interest rates on new vehicles so low that used vehicles just won't sell anymore, even when the price is trade-in value or less? my van is in great condition, but it does have high miles (113K). i need some ideas on how to advertise this vehicle and get it sold!!!

Patience and finding the right person. Mileage isn't helping obviously. Slowly lower the price every few weeks and have patience.
