Help!!!

hey can anyone help me with a little problem???
well the thing is i want to swap either a civic SIR engine or a
Integra GS-R engine which one would add more horses???

SIR? I take it that you're from Canada too eh, the GSR's b18c1 would add more horses (and torque) naturally as opposed to the b16a2
