1995 Transport 3800 shutters sparaticlly

I have a 1995 Transport with the 3800 it shutters sparatically and idles rough sparatically. First thought it was the transmission slipping, it has been rebuilt. The front end is tight and I am confident that it is in the engine. I put new plugs and wires changed the coils and the ignition module under the coils. I have checked the TPS and the EGR and even replaced the PCM and the fuel filter. No codes come up and I am out of ideas.....

more than likely its a bad cam or crank sensor. when they first start going bad, they won't trip a code.
