Re: Is their a chameleon spray can for sale somewhere
umm.....they have duplicolor spray cans, but chameleon no....chameleon paint is actually very difficult to get from a spray. youd need to air brush because it is multiple layers of a transparent coats of paint. thats why you see different colors...because youll do one color transparent, then the next, and the next, and the next and so on. thats why when you look at it at different angles, you see different colors because you can see past 1 or 2 coats of color to a different coat.

Tamiya make Cameleon colors... but for now, only in their PS line... have no idea what it'll turn out on metal though. I think Krylon have some too but my favorite is nail polish airbrushed on the surface you want. Pretty good reflect with 2/3 coat of clear on it.

Re: Is their a chameleon spray can for sale somewhere
like mike said, its a bit more complicated than it seems. first your going to need a gold base coat (this is going to shine through your transparent layers, this is also how you do a candy coat). you are going to need colors that will go together. for your first time, try and blue and a green, or a red and a blue. with the blue and green, a purple should be the color when looking directly at it, but should shine blue or green at a different angle. its going to take a bit of trial and error to get it right, and to find the right colors.

Re: Is their a chameleon spray can for sale somewhere
Pepboys sells a pearlescent paint kit, shifts colors by angle, it's about 7 bucks for a kit of 3 cans (base, pearlescent, clear)

Re: Is their a chameleon spray can for sale somewhere
Decals are going to be a lot harder. Decals usually have to be printed, and they are usually printed on ALP's printers. The cartridges are expensive though.
