road noise

while driving, every bump i notice a squeak. Is it my struts. If it is, is it ok to put grease on them to make them stop?

Grease wont stop struts from squeaking. If it does it wont last long. There would be no way to shroud the grease from dust and debris. Dust kills grease.

Take it to a good front end shop and ask them to find the squeak. They have experience in that line and it might be cheaper than you think. I don't think it is a strut causing the squeak.

I could be your lower control arm bushings they will get hard or brittle with age and can squeak . you should be able to feel them if you can get a hand on the bolt for the control arm as someone pushes down on the front end. just watch your fingers
