Windshield removal

I have a 94 Pathfinder XE 4x4. does anyone know how to remove the windshield so i can fill in some rust. also, do you know any good grille gaurds for the pathfinder?

You would need to cut it out and glue it back in - don;t think its worth it, definitly not a 1 man job
