Will this pass the smog test?

My friend's wondering if his 96 dx civic will pass the smog test with an AEM short ram intake and a 5Zigen Fireball muffler. Thanks.

I am pretty sure the intake will pass, but I don't know the structure of the fireball muffler so I can't tell you on that one.

It should pass because AEM's products are CARB approved and the muffler is just a muffler.. You should be fine.
