Re: Auto School?
Go to Wyotech in PA, it's supposed to be one of the best in the country (well there are 3 branches of the school). I have a buddy who went for painting and said it was great there (only thing is that it's in the middle of no where) but he came out with a full time job as soon as he graduated. I plan on going there myself in about a year as soon as I can get some $ saved up. They have a ton of extra classes there that you can add on to the regular classes, like chassis building and high performance engines. Just something you might want to check out since you're only in NYS.

Not only is auto school a great was to learn to work on your car, but it can also give you the option of having a great career in the auto industry. There are so many areas of automotive education that you can specialize in, collision, performance, NASCAR, diesel, motorcycle, marine and manufacturer specific programs such as porsche, bmw, nissan, ford, etc. I never realized the diversity in auto courses that schools have to offer. If your interested in learning to work on your cars, you may be interested in making it a full time career!. I have an article on my blog about some of the benefits some people don't know about when getting an auto education. Check it out at Here under news, if you are interested. Cheers and good luck!
