Fog Lights

I wants to install Fog lights for my 1998 Camry XLE. I need the information for the following.

Is 1998 Camry compatiable to install Fog lights?
If so which lights are good for Camry?
what's the installation procedure.

I am not having enough experience in autos. Please help me.

I purchased lights for my camry off ebay. They were dealer installed item specifically designed for our bumpers. The lights were origanilly made by Pilot.
