That looks more like an owners handbook than a FSM. The FSM is much larger.

Nope! That's the actual Service Manual and Sleeve that came standard in all 1991-1993 Infiniti G20's here in the states. It was located in the left corner of the trunk. Atleast the picture is of a service manual, but the actual description sounds more like the owners manual. Especially this part:
