NO ECU Code...Please Help!!!!!

I really hope that you guys will be able to help me. I'm pretty desperate now. Okay...the problem: My car all of sudden wouldn't start. It would just turn and turn. I checked all the standard parts like the fuel pump, distributor, plugs, wires, ignition coil, and the ICM. Everything checked out fine. I tried to retrieve an ECU code and I get no blinks whatsoever on my Check Engine Light. To add insult to injury, I tried to reset the ECU and then I noticed the Back Up fuse was blown. When I replaced it, the ECU reset and the CEL turned off. The car started right up. I turned it off and tried to turn it back on. Now I have the CEL again. The car won't start. I can't reset the ECU, nor do I get a code. Please HELP ME!
