Question Steering wheel vibrations

I have a little problem, when im driving on the highway at high speeds
and i need to break my steering wheel vibrates like its ready to fall off,
any idea what is cousing the vibrations.

honda accord 2000
v6 four door.

warped rotors, depending how thin they are they could either be resurfaced w/ new pads or replaced with new pads. If it's shaking while not braking then a tire rotation w/ wheel balance should do the job.

Actually if he's just driving and the steering wheel is shaking it usually an out of whack (balance) wheel/tire problem. If he's braking and the steering wheel is shaking then it's a rotor/brake pad issue.
